Hi, I’m Patricia Tolbert, I have been a hairstylist at Carmen’s salon for 8 years. I joined the salon team under the apprenticeship program. After 2 years of apprenticeship as a Hair Design under Carmen. I became full time hairstylist specializing in ombré and balayage techniques.
